The founder-instructors of the Certified Family Education Specialist Program shall not be personally held ethically or professionally liable for the inappropriate use of such information. The information presented in this program should provide Certified Family Education Specialist with a fund of information to be used in educational work with families in a variety of settings. Information is accurate to the knowledge of the instructors after a thorough and intensive research of the materials used in this training. Course information in this training is not to be used to diagnose or treat psychological problems within a family. In the event that educational intervention is not meeting the immediate need of the person, the Certified Family Education Specialist will activate a referral process with a qualified licensed health professional.
